2. Services
Crystalline Consulting AB offers coaching, consulting, energetic transformation work, workshops, and related services aimed at supporting personal and professional development. Services may be delivered in-person, online via platforms such as Microsoft Teams, or through other agreed communication channels, including but not limited to WhatsApp and email.

Services are available to both individual clients and business entities. The company reserves the right to decline any client or project that does not align with the scope or ethical standards of the business.

Exclusion Notice
The services provided do not constitute therapy, medical treatment, or psychological diagnosis. Clients experiencing mental health crises or in need of medical or psychiatric care are advised to seek support from qualified healthcare professionals. Services are not offered to minors under the age of 18 without written consent from a legal guardian.

3. Client Responsibilities & Disclaimers
Clients are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes that result from any interaction with Crystalline Consulting AB. Transformation requires personal commitment, and the client agrees to actively participate in the process. Clients are also responsible for timely communication regarding scheduling, cancellations, and for completing payments within the agreed timeframe.

While Crystalline Consulting AB is committed to providing high-quality services, no specific outcomes or results are guaranteed.

The services offered do not constitute therapy, medical treatment, legal advice, or financial consultation. Clients are advised to seek support from licensed professionals when appropriate. Crystalline Consulting AB disclaims liability for any decisions made by the client based on insights or suggestions shared during sessions.

4. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations
Payment terms vary depending on the service and agreement made. Unless otherwise stated in writing, payment is due either in advance or within the agreed time frame following the session or delivery of the service. Accepted payment methods may include bank transfer, Swish, or invoicing via third-party systems.

Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of individual sessions. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full or result in forfeiture of the session. Missed appointments without notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.

All purchases of services are final unless otherwise agreed in writing. Refunds are generally not offered for completed sessions, partially used packages, or missed appointments. That said, Crystalline Consulting AB values human connection and recognizes that life happens. In special circumstances, exceptions may be made through open and respectful dialogue.

Late payments may result in a late fee or suspension of services. Crystalline Consulting AB reserves the right to withhold future sessions until payment is completed.

5. Intellectual Property
All content, methods, frameworks, and materials provided by Crystalline Consulting AB – whether verbal, written, visual, or digital – remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise stated in writing. This includes but is not limited to course materials, session content, exercises, tools, visuals, and digital resources.

Clients are granted a non-transferable, personal-use license for any materials shared during the engagement. You may share occasional insights or excerpts with close colleagues or trusted individuals, provided that the context remains personal, respectful, and non-commercial.

Any broader distribution, duplication, or commercial use is strictly prohibited without written consent. Crystalline Consulting AB maintains confidentiality and protects client-specific content.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.
