I’ve spent over two decades inside leadership, organisational development, and business transformation. In that time, I’ve navigated complexity, high pressure teams, and human dynamics most people avoid.
What I offer draws from it all: holding space through instability, staying human amid performance, and leading change from within.
For most of my life, I chased something I couldn’t quite name. I built a lot, moved countries, climbed ladders: but something was missing inside. Not externally, but in intimacy with life, others, and myself.
Burnout was my turning point. My fire dimmed, forcing me to open from within; slowly, honestly.
Since then, I’ve learned what no title or method could teach:
Staying in shaking rooms, being seen in softness, meeting moments without managing them. I’ve held loneliness, grief, anxiety, projections—not to fix, but to listen— and I do the same for others.
