  • Microsoft Office 365 / Outlook – for email communication and calendar management.

  • Physical notebooks (handwritten session notes) – stored securely and not accessible to third parties.

  • Computer and digital files – protected by passwords and standard security protocols

At this time, no automated booking system is in use. Any future use of external invoicing or scheduling platforms will be selected with data privacy and GDPR compliance in mind. All data is handled with care and only retained as long as necessary to fulfill the intended purpose or meet legal obligations.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except when required by law or when using trusted third-party services (e.g., scheduling tools, payment systems) necessary to deliver our services.
